We make a model, thermoform the guard to the thickness your sport needs, add your colours or decals and finish it.

You try it here and, if anything needs easing, we adjust it there and then. A guard that fits gets worn.
A working lab, not a flashy online finisher
We would rather be honest than oversell. Custom mouthguard finishing is not our headline specialism, and dedicated online brands can produce flashier-looking guards. Ours are still great, and they do the job that matters, protecting your teeth.
What you get here that a mail-order guard cannot give you is a locally-made guard, fitted and adjusted in person by the technician who made it, at a fair price. If it does not feel right, you bring it back and we sort it, rather than posting it away.
