Around five working days a stage for acrylic, and about ten working days for a chrome cast or crown and bridge. We keep to it.
Finished work comes back by collection or post, invoiced to the practice, not the patient.
Every case comes to us with a lab ticket, the form that tells the technician what you need. Print one, fill it in and send it with the work. Preview it here first if you have not used ours before.

Most laboratories specialise in one thing, so a busy practice ends up sending crowns to one lab, chrome to another and flexible partials to a third. That means more suppliers to chase, more variation in fit and finish, and more that can go wrong.

Relative strength is a general material-science guide, not lab test data, and availability on the NHS depends on banding. Tell us the case and we will recommend the right material.
When you send us a case, you are not posting it into a call centre. You deal with the people who make it. John is a Registered Clinical Dental Technician with close to fifty years at the bench, and there is a career-long crown and bridge specialist on the team who has only ever done crown and bridge.
That is the difference on the days a case needs a conversation about a tricky bite, a shade or a deadline. We pick up the phone. Work comes back on time, because late work makes your appointment list, and you, look bad. If a case ever needs a rescue, we treat it as a partnership, not just a supplier.

Digital workflow
We take STL files from any intraoral scanner, so switching your lab never means switching your kit.
Conventional impressions accepted too
No scanner? No problem. We accept conventional impressions exactly as we always have. There is no obligation to go digital to work with us.
We work to the standards the profession expects, so dentists and patients can be confident in every appliance we make.
